For sending foreign currency abroad I couldn't fault it. The rate was better than another similar service elsewhere. Cashback in my account within 3 weeks. Great.

As always with the Post Office the product is good but their web site isn't the easiest to use. Was surprised to find I got cashback for ordering travel money. Asked for small denomination notes and got them.

Supplier did what it promised to do by delivering before 1.00Pm next day but I thought cashback was small for the amount I exchanged.

Very happy with the Post Office credit card cashback experience. Tracked quickly, sent all the documentation and processed my credit card application in just a week. Soon the cashback was confirmed and payable after several weeks. A trustworthy merchant.

Very quick cashback and very quick to send me the credit card. Will keep it in my wallet as an emergency but can't actually see me using it. Can't rate the customer service as haven't had cause to contact them
