No problems with Play.Com exactly how all cashback retailers should be. Delivery within a couple of days of order via rm, and cashback showing in pending file at same time. Confirmed within a week or so.

Nothing tracked on a £17.49 Purchase, can't claim due to cashback being less than £1 was going to buy the stuff from play anyway, but it would of been nice for the cashback to work, nectar points always tracked in the past with me but the thought of cashback is always more tempting!

Very difficult to get any kind of communication from this company when something goes wrong. They did sort it out in the end though. It really annoys me when internet based companies refuse to provide an email address for correspondence.
