Absolutely terible that tcb allows non-paying retailers to continue advertising cashback when it isnt paid out.Despite numerous nudges tcb have failed to make play.com pay out cashback earned in May!

Been waiting since mid-May for cashback. Left nudges but to no effect.Play.com is no longer the "go to" place for purchases since taken over by Rakuten irrespective of cashback experiece. Shame!

I think Play.com is great. I almost always find the book I want on the site and invariably cheaper than elsewhere. Sellers are always great - sending books, CDs and DVDs quickly and with no P&P charges. And cashback tracks quickly as well.

Generally good site, prices not as good as they used to be but still some bargins. cashback always tracks. however don't bother with the Superpoints, you get 1 for every £ and they expire so unless you spend thousands with in a few months you'll not earn enough to buy anything decent with them
