Service was excellent from website, price of camera, tracking to delivery. Would definitely recommend. Also cashback was shown as pending very quickly.

I bought a melitta coffee maker which isn't available in the uk. It was shipped free of charge, it was well priced and cashback worked. It was despatached from a partner organisation and I had been about to cancel the order because there was no acknowledgement an no sign of the product after 10 days. I had tried the number quoted and got tired of waiting. The number was in germany and only offered german or french speaking operators. The coffee maker arrived with a european plug and no adaptor. This wasn't a problem as I had an adaptor but I think if it's going to be sold through a uk website, it at least needs an adaptor. We had this with Pixmania years ago and thought that this aspect would have improved by now. Just be aware that with some of the partner organisations you are buying something from abroad.

The few purchases I have made have all been delivered promptly and in good condition, and eventually paid the expected cashback, although the wait is long. My only gripe is their attempts to sell extras: their discount card is preselected and the removal option is not easy to find; whichever delivery method you initially select will be replaced by the most expensive unless you spot it and change it before confirming the order. Dirty tricks. Those who complain that they are said to have used another site may well have clicked through from (for example) google or vouchercodes first, before re-visiting the site via tcb; I got caught like this with another merchant.

Really fast delivery, quality products at best price I could find (by a long way)and cashback. Fantastic can highly recommend.

Well worth a look for electrial goods. My purchase through this site saved me £35.00 On a kettle! delivery seemed slow though, and was waiting for a "despatched" email which never came. Item still showed as being "processed" 2 days after delivery. Overall experience good.

The tablet I ordered came very quickly. I haven't tried it as it is for a xmas present. Good service although the cahsback is a bit measly to say how much I spent, although in the end it all adds up.
