	I have purchased several items from this company now and the furniture is always good, arrives on time, and is great value for money. my cash back cleared within the 6 weeks it stated and overall i was very pleased. I also now have a further voucher code with pine solutions which entitles anyone to an extra £20 when you spend over £60 when you use code RAF9VAF1P at the checkout stage. it meant I got £20 off and my top cashback payment. Bargain :-)

	Pine solutions made my shopping with them easy, the cashback showed very quickly.I'm delighted how fast the delivery was, I ordered an Ottoman its solid wood and makes a great storage box.Very pleased with the service offered and i will certainly shop from them again via top cashback.

	I have now bought from this compay several times and have no problem recomending them to others. The transaction was processed without problem and the cashback tracked in about 10 minutes (cashback still awarded on sale items with an added promo code). The company offered free delivery and the delivery guys were friendly, they even took away the packaging. Cashback paid after about 1 month.

	Great cashback offered, fast tracking. the only downside was a very long wait as it was out of stock. Even calling their customer services they were still unable to give a time slot. But once it arrived (fully assembled) it was fantastic quality. Would highly recommend to anyone

	I purchased 8 leather dining room chairs and I am delighted with the quality and comfort, however I have not received any cash back. I purchased the chairs in Feb 11 and there is no sign of anything despite putting in a manual claim. I'm also disappointed that Top Cashback haven't answered my e-mail queries regarding this claim.

	I bought a selection of furniture from this retailer in early November 2010. Whilst I am more than happy with the furniture I am very disappointed with the my cashback experience. I have still not received any cashback and it is now May 2011, I am due £37. What a shame, such great furniture and delivery but very poor show when it comes to cashback.

	Very pleased with bedroom furniture and delivery was quick. Purchase was made in Nov11 and despite putting in a claim for cashback and chasing it up have not received any response from retailer or any cashback.

	I bought various items from this company on 13 October totalling over £800. despite me putting in a reminder about the cashback I am still waiting! The furniture i bought is excellent, and I was intending to return to buy another similar amount in the new year, however if the cashback is not paid soon another retailer will get my order.

	Failed to pay cashback on a genuine transaction. Very poor decision after nearly 12 months of making the claim/purchase. I would recommend not using this Vendor if you are relying on the cashback as you may be disappointed on a large purchase. Thanks to TCB for chasing the claim, there is only so much they can do if the vendor denies the claim.

	Like others who have bought large amounts of furniture from pinesolutions I was also not successful in my cashback claim, i bought over a thousand pounds worth of furniture and never received a penny cashback. However when I bought only a hundred pounds worth of furniture I received the cashback, seems to me they only like paying the smaller cashback amounts!!! Beware!!! Furniture was great though.

	Tracked within a day, confirmed within a few days and cashback payable after around 1 month. +ve's: Excellent quality products, well packaged, cheap prices, customer services helpful. -ve's: Slight problem processing my credit card payment (ie., PS said my payment hadn't been received, yet credit card company said payment was sent!) - problem was sorted out fairly quickly after a few telephone calls. Also, delivery of furniture took over 2 weeks to get to me once my order was dispatched from their warehouse. Overall, very impressed with service. Would recommend.

	Order placed and tracked quickly. However, disappointed with the customer service and delivery. Order delivery date confirmed, but no show on the day. Enquired and was told that there was an error in the delivery scheduling. Despite, my previously phoning twice to confirm delivery. See what happens now.
