Very good . Pity the spares counter is used for the collection as the queue is held up by customers who do not know what they require. It would begetter if the till did the transaction as it is very quick.

Rating:

A very busy saturday afternoon with a dozen people in the checkout queue and there was only one checkout active. There were alot of staff in the store but they all seemed uninterested in serving the customers at the checkout. If there are 4 checkouts, they should all be active when more than 4 people waiting in queue.

Used the reserve service so I didn't have to find the disk in the store. Reservation bit went well - nice and simple, but when I got to the store there was no-one on the reservation desk and there were very few staff available who were all dealing with other customers, so I ended up wandering around the store looking for help. The assistant who eventually helped did so as she was on the phone to another customer, so can't really complain about that. Just didn't go as expected.

The collect@store process is messed up, before it would ask you to validate the transaction from the receipt by entering some numbers. PC World and currys are just rubbish, i've gven up and using ebuyer now instead.

My cashback didn't track for PC World and I had to submit a manual claim. Top cashback were good at sorting it out and I eventually got my cashback at the correct amount 3 months after my purchase.
