I love pastimes so sad no longer on my high street. I can always find something suitable for all members of my family and friends, the variety is good and the quality excellent.

Past Times is an very interesting place to shop, they have a fast turnaround of items, most things are of good quality, except perhaps, the 'repro' items, which can look a bit tacky...(Sorry).... The website is easy to navagate.

I purchased a brooch in may. The cashback did not appear, so I submitted a claim at the beginning of june. I am still waiting for my cashback (it is now the end of november)! Past Times have still not responded to topcashback. Has really put me off ordering from Past Times again.

Tracked next day

I ordered goods from this supplier which arrived on time - I am happy with the goods ordered. However, my order was in dec 2011 and although it initially tracked ok and showed a payment date of jan 2012, it still hasn't moved to payable. Leaving poor feedback and hoping that it will be acted on seems like the only way I will get paid.

Tracked but at the wrong amount so a manual claim is in for this one, watch this space.

Estimated due date of cash back jan 25th 2012, its october 18th 2012 and still its pending

Cashback did not track so submitted a claim. 7 Months later and they have said they can't trace my purchase. Disappointed as placed a large order of christmas gifts.

I've been awaiting cashback since november 2011 and despite it showing as confirmed for over 12 months i'm still chasing for it and i'm getting nowehere. Disaster.

Only recently has my cashback progressed to confirmed. Whilst the products are good I don't recommend factoring the cashback discount into your shopping budget.

Free delivery over £10 promo code does not work on site.

Not sure how pasttimes can still be offered for cashback. I have a confirmed transaction dating back to december,but I am being refused payment as apparently pasttimes have gone into administration and there is no chance of obtaining my cashback.

Top cash back have been no help in resolving a claim from items purchased last december - now I am advised by tcb that Past Times are no longer offering cash back. What a laod od codswallap - they are still shown. Avoid.

Bought items for christmas 2011 and here we are in june 2012 with the cashback untracked. Poor service from both Past Times and topcashback. Unlikely to see money now presumably...

Cashback was refused by merchant even though valid purchase. Wont use again

Took 11 months to get my cashback after having to input a manual claim. Very unimpressed.

I have complained profusely on behalf of myself and other members regarding the non payment of our cashback and the fact that this merchant is still on the site. I have been told there is no chance of getting our cashback with the following reason: quote(this merchant remains on our site because since they went into administration, they have been since begun re-trading under new ownership. However, any transactions that were made before the merchant went into administration cannot be paid, unfortunately.)Unquote however, after a quick search on google, it would appear that the company is still in adminstration and has not been sold to new owners.

Cashback still not received in july 2012 on items purchased in december 2011, unlikely to be paid now! very disappointed. I don't know why they are still listed on tcb if so many people have had the same experience

Very unimpressed with the cashback with this merchant. Spent £20.00 Plus delivery on the site, but all that tracked was the £5.00 Delivery (which I wouldn't have expected to track at all). Put in a manual claim, but they've refused the claim on the £20.00, Saying they can't find the transaction, despite all details being provided. Well, they obviously had a record of something, because they've paid cashback on the £5.00. Been left feeling a bit conned, although I recognise that isn't necessarily topcashback's fault.

Tracked quickly but seem to report less than you spend even taking into vat ie spend £9 reported as £6.74

Tracked within 24hrs plus got things in the sale also free delivery would use again
