Cashback didnt track - completed missing claim and now money has tracked and is now payable. People should stop leaving comments that allis good as it tracked ok, had loads of them until it goes to payable you have nothing.

A premium parcel service, does what it says on the tin. Easy to use online parcel tracking. With frequent discount %'s available, £1 discount if you drop off at post office or depot + £3+ cashback - price becomes more competitive. Cashback tracked and became payable very quickly based on 5 transactions in a 4 week period. Huge saving versus buying over the counter in post office but you may lose it if you don't use it!

Going via the discount code & cashback link appears to not enable us the consumer the option of using parcelforce global value tarriff only the other exspensive tarriffs. On this occassion it was cheaper for me to use parcelforce via parcelmonkey

Had to submit manual claim, but confirmed and payable shortly afterwards. Used 3 times, first one ok, next two times, they didnt collect my items on day I asked, each time I had to phone and arrange another collection. Nice cashback, poor service in my opinion.
