Be very carefull when your leaving this company because once you get your mac code and use it there tell you to telephone and tell them you have used it you tell them the date your moving but there dont take any notice of this they will discont you seven days when you tell them your moving so then you will have no broadband untill you start with your new company o2 will send you a email saying there will cancle the date you say but there dont so be care full off this i have just put a cliam in for my lost off broadband there will not help you with any thing there just tell you your lines attive with your new company this is not the case its all down to them being so evil i will never go with them again be warned
