Terms & conditions

Please ensure you read the following before proceeding to the MORE TH>N website:

MORE TH>N take up to four months to check your transaction. Your purchase should become 'confirmed' within two months after this time. Therefore payment can take up to 6 months to reach you, starting from the policy inception date.

Cashback applies to new customers only and not renewing customers.

Cashback will NOT be paid/confirmed if:

-The policy has been cancelled
-Monthly direct debit payments have been missed
-The policy is fraudulent, e.g. has been purchased with stolen or fabricated personal details
-A quote is generated via TOPCASHBACK but you telephone MORE TH>N to complete the sale
-The policy is not traceable back to TOPCASHBACK
-You purchased MORE TH>N insurance using a price comparison website. MORE TH>N are able to track whether you purchased using a price comparison site, so please ensure you purchase using the TOPCASHBACK links, if you want to guarantee receipt of cash back.

How to best ensure your policy is tracked

In order to receive the cashback you must click through to the MORE TH>N website via the TOPCASHBACK link. You must generate a new quote and purchase directly. If the quote has been generated via another site (such as a price comparison site) or advertisement, the sale will not be attributed to TOPCASHBACK and you will not receive your cashback. Equally if you get a quote via the TOPCASHBACK links but then purchase using a price comparison site, you will not receive cashback. Quotes may show as tracked in your TOPCASHBACK account but MORE TH>N will check the final source of the sale during the validation stage and refuse payment if it didn't complete via TOPCASHBACK.

Make sure you have third party cookie tracking enabled and you allow the confirmation page to fully load before closing the window. For reference and for any possible claims, note down the date and time of your purchase and the quote number provided on the confirmation page. We cannot track validations via policy number we require a quote number.

Cashback claims

If your policy does not track after 3 days, please raise a claim within 18 weeks. TOPCASHBACK will process the claim and if the sale is traceable back to TOPCASHBACK, we will pass this transaction to MORE TH>N for validation and it will fall into the normal process as detailed above.

ONLY IF THIS PROCESS IS NOT SUCCESSFUL SHOULD YOU CALL MORE TH>N DIRECT. Our call centre representatives will capture your information for further investigation. Please have some personal details, the date and time of purchase and your quote number to hand before calling.

Members should only use voucher codes listed on TOPCASHBACK. If you use voucher codes that are not listed on TOPCASHBACK your cashback may not track or be declined.
