Same as most other people in this list - have waited almost 3 months now for the 1p tracking to upgrade to £30.30 Even though the transaction is confirmed and is suppose to be payable within days. Submitted claim via tcb who say they have submitted the claim to mpd but heard nothing so have now emailed mpd to find out what is happening. Good product from mpd but cashback side of things don't seem too good at all.

As many others have stated, do not expect to get any cashback from this merchant. I expected to get £30.30 Back from my transaction but it only ever tracked at £0.01 And was paid as such. Have fallen foul of tcb 100 days to lodge complaint clause so it looks like I won't be getting any more than 1p. However, the person I spoke to at the company was very helpful, the contract was the cheapest i've seen and the phone arrived promptly so it wasn't all bad. I do feel ripped off though and it is unfair to state a cashback when they seem to have no intention of paying it.

Just received £0.01 Cashback rather than the £30.30 Promised. Deal was good but non-payment of cb yet again makes me join others in wondering why top cb still recommends this merchant. Not happy.

Nearly a year of waiting for cashback of promised £30.00. No amount of nudging seems to make any difference. Is there any point in listing them as giving cashback when they seem to not pay out? difficult to know how well tcb are really pushing them.

After 3 weeks of constant emails to mpd I have now been told that their agent who manages tcb payments say I never used the link correctly so I am not entitled to cashback. I am a php programmer and build websites for a living so i'm sure I know how to properly use them. Lots of people on here are saying the same things about this company and lots have ended up as I have (to date) with 1p cashback. Please be aware before relying on the cashback offered.

Still no cashback after 1 year. Poor after sales service when the product was faulty; it was easier for me to sort it out with the manufacturer directly.

Almost a year and still tracking at £0.02. Have given up nudging top cashback even after complaining to them on facebook and twitter. It's the lack of feedback from top cashback that I find most frustrating.

Hmm. They did get us the phone we wanted. Took a few weeks but they were one of the few that could do it. Then the dd bounced as they had incorrectly passed on my details to o2. My name is wrong on the contract as they passed on the wrong info to 02. Not sure how they could have fouled up when I entered all the correct info when I bought. We finally sorted most of it out with o2, but I doubt i'll be back to mpd.

This is the first time i've used Mobile Phones Direct, I would say it was an in-different experience. I'd ordered a htc desire during a time with massive demand and a holiday period. The service, communications and the online webpage / tracking wasn't excellent. The telephone support was hit and miss, but there was some genuine people that could help. Overall, I would rate as average, its not a supplier that i'd use again. However, I did get my cashback from them. I've read the comments applied from everyone. Mine took just under 5 months, yes a bit more than the average stated by top cashback but at least it was honoured.

I could write the same review as the below word-for-word. Not only was the cash back refused nine months after purchase the customer service I received from Mobile Phones Direct at the time of purchase was pretty poor too. I got a good deal on the phone and contract at least.

Bought two phones last june so expected £60 cashback. Cashback never tracked so missing claim was filed. Heard nothing since. The service from the company was good and the deal I got for the contracts was good but if you are relying on the cashback to make the deal work for you, I wouldnt bother.

Abyssmal...The only way to describe the cashback experience with this company. After about 30-40 days it finally tracked to £30.00, Rather then the £0.01 It was previously but it has now been 11 months! and I still have no actual payment.
