You soon get into the habit of pulling from back to the front. Cushion pad allows ironing of awkward places in garments i.e sleeves, cuffs, etc. Ironing is definately quicker, and replacement filters and ironing covers can be ordered online. |  | | Ironing is now quicker | Written on 11 June 2006 | You have to rethink your ironing style, pulling ironed items towards you. Lifting the handle and applying pressure is easy.
It is great for t-shirts and larger flat items (bedlinen). Not really suitable for detailed items (shirts).
It can get hotter the longer it is on, so be careful with certain fabrics.
It is heavy and cumbersome to store. As I live in a hard water area bought ironing water is essential. I am unable to locate anyone who stocks replacement filters. |  | |
