Never recieved my cashback as quoted £30. 1 Year on still looks like i'm never going to recieve. Wont be using these again in a hurry

Worst experience so far on tcb. Purchased car insurance in aug 09 and after submitting a missing claim and numerous nudges finally received payment 8 months later. Not the best!

I am finally pleased to announce that I have received my cashback from lloyds for the home insurance purchased last september. It has taken just over 6 months, but at least I am now £78.00 Better off. Thank you lloyds, you were slow, but have come good in the end.

Took out contents insurance 19th sep 09, tracked fairly quick but took 10-11 weeks to be confirmed, it is now 17th feb 10 and I am still waiting. I wonder if I will get it before the insurance is due for renewal?

My cashback was due to be payable on 30-11-2009 and on 17-02-2010 I still see no sign of it. Top cashback have been very good in keeping me informed of what the delay is, but this is not good enough from llyodstsb.

Purchased car insurance on 10/08/2009. Didn't track and after 6 months of nudges, topcashback has finally confirmed that lloyds have no record of the transaction. Have now supplied my lloyds policy number so fingers crossed it won't be another 6 months before I hear back.

I've been waiting 2 months and my £30 cashback has still not tracked. Nudges send, but still just sits as "waiting supplier". If it does not track, don't expect anything. Only retailer i've had trouble with, avoid like the plague!

23 September - a great amount of cashback offered on my home insurance and tracked almost immediately (£75.00 Plus £3.00 Top up). This amount was confirmed, and was due to be payable from my topcashback account on 30 november - but alas, it's now 16 december and the funds still haven't cleared for me to be able to spend them on christmas presents. I do hope that the new year will bring me good news.

I'm still waiting for my £30 to appear as even pending, submitted the maunal claim months ago, but still sits as "awaiting retailer". Personally they are the only one that has not ever tracked.
