Small Spaces False Advertising Booked a space only to find in the several pages of information that the space was only suitable for a small car. Given I was transporting an elderly relative in a wheelchair this was not an option to use a small car. This should have been advertised upfront not hidden amongst the text. JustPark aka JustFalseAdvertise & JustNoRefund. I now use yourparkingspace now. Much better service.

This is without doubt the worst app I've ever used. It was my husband's 40th last weekend and due to a train strike I booked a parking spot for 24 hours through JustPark at a nearby station - Haywards Heath - as we were going to London for a big birthday lunch. I thought I'd organised everything well and was so upset when we got to Haywards Heath that not only were there no directions to the parking spot but when we eventually did find it it was padlocked. I called the mobile number we'd been given for emergencies many times and no one answered - and no one has since. Now we were running 45 minutes late - I was almost in tears and we ended up having to pay £45 to park in the station carpark. We were over an hour late for my husband's 40th birthday celebration - what should have been a fun day became very stressful. The most disappointing thing is that I've since contacted JustPark twice and no one has bothered coming back to me. I will continue to seek compensation for their terrible service. I'm just sad this happened on such an important day for us. I advise anyone reading this to AVOID JUST PARK.

Prepaid and reserved a parking space that when I arrived was not available. The parking space had no knowledge of the booking. After 20 minutes with the receptionist I was told this was a common occurrence with Just Park where they show spaces are available and charge people to have them turn up to have there day ruined. We had planned a family day out to the visit the Natural History Museum for my 5 year old daughters school project. I had booked 4 hours of parking nearer by so we could have a stress free trip. As we were refused parking and we did not have loose change and did not trust any more parking apps to pay for on street parking we ended up parking at the near by Sainsburys where we were permitted 2 hours as long as we purchased items. So what should of been a stress free day out, we had to rush 3 children under the age of 7 to the Museum, around it and back again before the 2 hours and purchase items in store when we arrived and left to justify parking there. After numerous emails to Just Park, they are making it the upmost difficult in obtaining a refund. I gave them the contact name and telephone number for the receptionist of the Hotel booking along with the receipts from Sainsburys showing time in and out. The response I received from Just Park was, "Thank you for confirming that with us. However, as our online phone line is an emergency line it can take up to 3 working days for us to make an outbound call to a non-emergency related incident. At our earliest availability, we will reach out and contact the receptionist. However, if they cannot confirm what we need then we will be unable to move forward with your claim." You would think with 75 registered staff within the company, that they could get hold of a landline or mobile phone. Again another example of very poor customer service where they are very happy to take your money but obtaining a refund for a service not received, impossible. So for less than 2 hours parking without a refund my outlay

Every time I deal with JustPark the transaction doesn't get logged. So I end up logging a ticket which takes months to resolve and on several occasions I don't get the money I am owed.
