Well well well, I didn't expect to received any cashback from Just Host after reading the reviews here and seeing the 2/3 stars it had. I was extremely surprised to received £63.93 On a £55 website I purchased. Not only that I received it in under two months!! brilliant. Here's my tip to make sure it works: make sure you click through to justhost.Com from your topcashback link! I did it about 6 times to make sure! on the 6th tab I went through and purchased the site. Also note like others said make sure you don't go for the first deal you get because as soon as you close the justhost tab/window you will get prompted with a cheaper deal. Make sure you put a real phone number in too as they called me on my mobile a few hours later (from america) to confirm that I had really purchased the domain (for security reasons apparently) that's all I did and it worked. So far, so good. I haven't had any problems with Just Host, although I suspect I would'nt have got my cashback had I not lodged a claim for it. Overall though, I can't complain and I would use again.

9 Months and still no cashback! also, if you're buying from Just Host, don't buy the first price thats offered, because the level of discount increases each time you try to close before purchasing. Initially quoted £120 for 2 years, finally got offered 50% off when trying to close the screen before accepting payment.

I purchased a package through Just Host last december - it tracked almost immediately then went to payable £0 and they claimed that I was not a customer! tcb have pursued this and re-opened the claim but one year on and still no sign of it tracking properly or the cashback being paid an I am still nudging tcb to keep chasing them. Poor show from Just Host - either their tracking system does not work correctly or they selectively decline legitimate claims. In either case, I am not alone from the comments on here and they need to sort it out.

Refused cashback but was given no valid reason, spent quite a bit on this site but will not renew my hosting with them, very shabby.

Justhosts have said I never completed the transaction I was claiming for. Thats strange as i'm now the registered keeper of the the two domains they took the payment for. As they have outright lied about my transaction I have now left them and moved my domains elsewhere. At least they have a moneyback guarantee. I dont mind not getting the cashback,its the fact they outright lied to avoid paying it.

This company makes me feel sick. They have ripped me off since day one, not only did they double charge me they are now denying I even have an account with them and are refusing to pay cash back on referral. Customer support have been incredibly rude, and cash back claim has been pending escalation since february. I had also been signed up to a website which was already owned by someone else and was told I had to pay in order to rectify the issue, when they took my money to register a website without checking if it was owned. Hey Just Host wanna buy my next door neighbours house off me for a grand and i'll give you the cash back after you have bought it.

It's now getting on for 6 months since I purchased hosting with Just Host. Despite manually making a claim with topcashback, I am still to see the transaction track, or money be paid. Just Host itself provides a shockingly poor level of customer service, with rude staff who are extremely unprofessional. Downtime is a reoccurring problem, and when questioned Just Host attempt to fob you off with poor excuses, only for problems to reoccur a few days later. As for topcashback, I appreciate this is a free service, however, I question why companies such as Just Host are listed here...If they are consistently refusing to pay out, why are they still being allowed to falsely claim they'll offer cashback when they clearly have no intention whatsoever of doing so? it's not acceptable, and lowers my overall view of this site, and the service it offers.

Was very good I got 5 years hosting with domain for £95 and got around £70 cashback so it only costs me £15 :d

Excellent, tracked within 24 hours, I paid £70 for 4 years webhosting and domain, then got £63 cashback.... Bonus :)

An update from my original post in 2009. I did eventually get my cashback but it took nearly a year and was £43 instead of £59. This was after lots of nudges - i'd actually given up completely and miraculously the cashback became payable with no warning. Overall incredibly cheap 3 years hosting - net cost about £26, but not worth the hassle. The basic service works fine, but is on a heavily used server, and so website response is usually slow. I will go elsewhere when the contract runs out

Bought in november 2010, never tracked. Topcashback looked into it, and told me justhost said to them "enquiry unsuccessful - transaction not completed - order cancelled or returned", which is a lie!! don't bother with them.

Cashback has failed to track. Not very impressed to be honest.

Its our 4 months. Cashback didnt track, open the case with topcashback, havent heard anything yet.

Dont expect the cash back ever. Its 14 months for me now. Case is open with topcashback and no response. Worst company

Same expreience as youlsey. Bought at end of 2010. Not tracked. Topcashback have chased, but not got anywhere. Cashback was a major factor so I won't be using Just Hosts again. Tbh found there product harder to use than similar hosting services too!

Purchased over a month, no tracking yet. Claim submitted, not hearing from them yet. If no cash back after 3 month I will cancel it and jump over to other cashback site

I purchased 2 hosting package through justhost using the topcashback link back in june 2010 and, despite raising an enquiry and nudging every fortnight, I still haven't received cash back for either of them. Just Host does deliver the hosting as advertised on its website but their customer service isn't great and there are far better hosts out there in my opinion - with this you really do seem to get what you pay for. If you decide to go with Just Host for cheap hosting then fair enough just don't count on ever getting the cash back.

Worst ever still not track dont use these guys

I purchased a hosting account with Just Host almost five months ago and there is still no sign of tracking or cashback. Very poor show, chaps.

Cashback did not track and its been over 3months since I put in a claim and have had no feedback.

Ordered after two months without hearing anything.

As mentioned above I used 50off, but I think then you lose the 'free domain for life' offer, and get 50% off only on the purchase price.

Cashback received, no problems at all.

There's currently (as of 1st aug 2009) a default discount code (freedomain), which is automatically applied if you access justhost via the topcashback link. However if you then use code 50off, you get a further discount. I signed up for 36 months web hosting - with the freedomain code it would have cost 36*£2.95=£106.20, With the 50off code it costs 36*£1.98=£71.28. The cashback (£59.13) Tracked to pending the following day, even when using this code, so overall a tremendous deal (assuming it eventually pays out).
