I book through the ich group on a very regular basis for work and personal and unfortunatley over half of my bookings have to be tracked manually, will very little or no movement for being payed! however, when the bookings are tracked, they do track wthin a couple of days. Pity all of the bookings didn't track with ease...

Failed to track on 2 separate occasions and had to manually submit a claim and when it did finally get round to showing - it was lower than the figure expecting - rubbish!!!

I made two 'purchases' via the links and it initially showed in the pending column but a day later it was showing zero. It is now restored following a claim but I am doubtful I will get it!

Cashback didn't track for some reason, and after submitting an enquiry via topcashback, ich initially denied all knowledge. After prodding a second time, with *comprehensive* information (card number, date of transaction, exact details of stay, loyalty card number etc...), They offered the amount I was due.

Hotel stay at end of dec 08, did not track, sent claim form, waited a while but now finally showing as confirmed. Quite a slow process compared to some other hotel transactions.
