It tracked as zero, then stayed at zero
Avoid this one. I followed all the steps: opened the prize account, deposited the required amount, it tracked as zero, waited to become payable at the £30, but it then went to payable at zero. The company is taking months to respond to TCB claim. I will update the review with the result of the claim.

Unexpected debit from current account- not returned
Simple to open the online saver but the next day I found they had debited my current account £22.83 and put it into a lucky dip account and charged me 75p for the privilege. This unexpected debit was not expected or asked for and getting hold of this app only outfit is not easy. Best give a wide birth to these wide boys.

Tracked as zero!
Followed all terms for the prize draw account, and transaction tracked ok... but at zero! Even had the temerity progress through tracked to confirmed and to 'payable' as zero. Bizarre. Had a missing claim in for months which they have not responded to yet

Topcashback site only seems to seed me to the Apple App Store, but I've an Andriod Phone. Messaged Customer support here no reply!

I signed up for their savings account and placed a deposit on 24 Oct. now 7 weeks later no cashback and was told to wait another few months. Don't bother signing up with them.
