-Cashback is only available to new First Utility customers. The amount of Cashback will depend on the product you choose and the terms of the offer. This offer is also only for residential customers
-No Cashback is offered on business products
-The Cashback offer is only available to new First Utility customers. If you already have an account with First Utility and wish to switch your current tariff eg changing iSave to Smart as Standard you will not be eligible for any Cashback under this offer.
-Cashback will only be paid once the supply of fuel has gone live and in dual fuel cases, once the second fuel supply is live
-This offer is not applicable to any customers who already have a pending application to join/switch their supply to First Utility where they have not used the TopCashback link.
-Any fraudulent activity will result in immediate termination of your account
-Cashback will be confirmed when either the only or second fuel has gone live. This usually takes approximately 6-8 weeks however in some cases during the switching process there may be objections/issues that delay the process by several weeks.
-Until confirmation of the energy switch has been received the transaction will remain as the tracked status.
