Extremely impressed with the communications and speed of delivery given one of the two items was initially out of stock.

Have always found Euroffice quick to confirm and subsequently pay cashback. Website itself is generally easy to use although do wish there was an option to not show out of stock items.

I have been using Euroffice for stationery orders for a while now, their products and customer service have always been faultless....But although transactions have always tracked ok, the cashback payment time has recently been a lot slower. I am still awaiting cashback from july, august and september.

Have used tcb for purchases with Euroffice for some time now and have always tracked/paid out quickly, however am still awaiting payments that were due at the end of september and october.

Excellent, top service and prices, voucher received within 2 days instead of the expected 4 weeks, will definitely continue using.

Have been using Euroffice for a long time and all has been great. Unfortunately cashback is not coming through and I have cashback as far back as july. I will hold off ordering until I see my money just in case there is an issue with funding.

Have bought from euro office a few times now and the cash back has always tracked and been paid on the expected due date or before. Note this time though. I purchased a more expensive item and now I am still waiting for cashback to be paid. Seems to me they are quick to pay out smaller cashback claims but now so good on the larger amounts..

Good customer service and prices, easily navigated website; retailer has everything I require in stationery. Tracked quickly to pending.

Tbc have been brillian, Euroffice have been poop. Over £900 pounds in two order, over £100 cashback, both failed to track, and in both cases the retailer has ignored the claim. Smaller orders, made before and after these two have tracked and been paid, very disappointed with this company.

Didnt receive cashback - not giving up so im making a claim, but a right pain

20% Discount voucher for new customers? sounds great. Just one tiny caveat - the discount doesn't apply to all items they sell (not that this was mentioned anywhere). I was buying a specific make and model of paper shredder and, confusingly, the 20% discount didn't apply (but with a bit of experimentation I found that it did apply with other makes and models of shredders I added to my basket). How can you tell whether the item you're interested in will be eligible for the discount? there doesn't seem to be any indication other than try putting the item in your basket and see if the discount registers... It all seems too arbitrary for my liking. Against my better judgement, I proceeded with the order anyway as I had spent so long on the website choosing what I wanted I couldn't be bothered starting over with another website. Secondly, delivery. Poor. Very poor indeed. My order should've (according to the delivery schedule on their own website) been delivered today. There is an order tracking function on their website which showed my order hadn't even been dispatched yet, so I emailed to enquire whether it was going to be delivered today. Credit where it's due, a response was emailed within a couple of hours... Unfortunately, it was a load of old fluff. Apparently, the reason my order wasn't being delivered today was because it was a bank holiday yesterday (er, no it wasn't, 26th and 27th dec were bank holidays, but the 28th wasn't and it should've been dispatched on 28th for delivery on 29th), but not to worry, it'll be delivered tomorrow. Not impressed at having someone try to pull the wool over my eyes regarding what is and what is not a bank holiday, I let it go. But, now, having just checked the tracking section for my order again this evening, it's still not been dispatched at 8:25pm. I'll be amazed if it does arrive tomorrow now given that it's apparently not yet left the warehouse this late at night. This is meant to be next business day delivery!?! first im

Excellent products and good value, also you get reward points which you can exchange for vouchers and gifts so with cashback as well it's a win-win

Excellent customer service - some items not in stock at time of order but I was kept informed of when they were due in & then despatched. Will definitely use Euroffice again
