Tracked within hours, which was great but at lower amount £62 v £70) but this is still brilliant cash back and a massively lower tariff than I am on at the moment, so not too worried. May chase at a later date. E-mails all received and the process is on-going. So far so good. Thanks again topcashback !!!!

I've switched at the end of september by I haven't got the casback yet. The payment is still showing as confirmed, but not yet payable. I am supposed to wait another month or so and enquire then if still not paid. Otherwise the switch went quite smooth and my direct debit amount is lower than the previous.
