Good value insurance - I have never had problems with endsleigh. Tracking and payment, no problems.

I took out my home insurance on 14th june 2010 and paid the total cost immediately online on the same day. My cashback of £20 has finally become payable today, 5th january 2011 (six months and 21 days later). If you are thinking of using this company purely on the grounds of cashback then i'd look to another company instead. When I compared prices in june 2010, there were a few other companies with much the same cost also offering cashback, I only used endsleigh as the promised cashback brought the price down slightly lower. I wouldn't use endsleigh again, as I feel that if they take over six months to pay promised cashback, then how long would I have to wait should I ever have to make a claim against my house insurance. I just wonder if the cashback is merely promised to lower their perceived prices at the time of purchase.

Transaction date 6 feb 10 - cashback payable 30 november. Very slow payment, but worth waiting for in the end. Happy with the insurance itself.

Bought car insurance back in feb and finally payable after 8 months - echo comments of others, so not rely on getting cashback when purchasing the product. Very slow and not to be trusted in my opinion.

I really do think this company should be removed from topcashback. In june, having priced my insurance on a comparison site, I found a few others with much the same price, but I purchased with endsleigh (and paid the full cost immediately) as the promised cashback make them slightly cheaper. However, having taken out my insurance with them on the 14th june, it's now november and still no cashback, although it's been 'confirmed' for ages. If you look under 'statistics' you'll find the following comment from topcashback: we last received a payment from this merchant during february 2010, for transactions in january 2010. Definitely wouldn't recommend this company as it seems to me that cashback is a false promise to bring their prices down and encourage people to use them. And - if this is our experience with cashback, what on earth might happen if you actually have to claim from them!!

Took out insurance policy on 14th june and I paid full cost immediately - took ages to track to pending. Today is 10th october and my cashback has just reached the confirmed stage, but I don't hold out much hope of it ever becoming payable! wouldn't recommend if you're using them purely for the cashback.

The insurance itself was good, but I am yet to recieve the cashback. Expected payment was in april, we are now in september and I still havent got anything. This is poor from endsleigh.

Took out insurance on 14th june - still awaiting cashback today - 7th september. Still pending too, not confirmed as yet. Good price on insurance though, just disappointed at the speed of cashback.

Purchased in july 2010 had to chase with a claim and eventually appeared as confirmed. Still waiting for it to become payable and will consider any other vendor ahead of endsleigh for my insurance purchases in future

I took out car insurance from endsleigh in august 2010 and seven months later the cashback is still pending.

First it failed to track, so then added manually, which has appeared as pending £20. However, it was may when I took out the policy so go figure ..

Finally got my cashback in november 2010 after I bought the insurance in march 2010. I could have sworn that the cash back was £42 when I took out the policy however I only got £32 back. Would not consider using this insurance company again.

£32 Still pending after 6 weeks. Never moved - I think they are unlikely to pay. Let's see. The insurance premium was very competitive, but don't rely on the cashback

Took out insurance in march, cashback received in november, very slow, had given up hope of it coming!!!

Took out home insurance in march 2010 and endsleigh have only just paid out the cashback (november 2010). Pretty poor on turnaround times for the cashback but the insurance purchase was fine.

Purchased in may 09, confirmed not too long afterwards but still haven't received payment even though payable date was in july. Won't be recommending...

4 Months and still no cashback payable! emailed services and they said it is in common with all payments endsleigh make! look elsewhere for insurance cashback!
