Two orders placed in the last month. One tracked as the wrong amount, the other was not tracked. Grrr

Ebuyer is a excellent company for computer parts and accessories! i have used them for years and only have had two late deliveries but other than that I have recieved many items well before there designated delivery date so all in all the delivery is excellent the range of products is great and quality of service is also excellent. Would use Ebuyer again and again!

I've been dealing with Ebuyer for many, many years now. They offer a huge range of computing equipment (both computers and components), including high range professional gear, entertainment equipment, consumables and a growing range of white goods etc. If I was the ceo of Ebuyer, which, sadly, i'm not (i'm just a customer) i'd be very pleased with the way the company runs. As a customer I can only say they are great on price and deal with any problems quite promptly and correctly. If you order over a certain amount (something like £40.00) You can opt for free 5 day delivery (though it often comes sooner anyway). They are a model of what an internet retailer should be. Nuff said really.

Brillant easy!

No problems with the cashback or top cashback. Good service from their end. The only problem was the retailer. Pay for a delivery service (saturday) and then they forgot to even send out the package and didn't even notify me. It's not the first time i've had such problems either. Their prices are good, but service can be a bit hit-and-miss.

Tracked quickly, products delivered quickly, no fuss, no hassle. Ebuyer may not be the cheapest, but they do always seem to have stock, so when you want something in a hurry, if they list it, they've usually got it in stock. All in all a trouble free transaction and they got the goods to me in plenty of time before I needed them.
