Always bought Dell pc's and laptops,in my opinion they are up there with the best seem to have a problem with the cashback though as I haven't received any for the last purchase I made with Dell, disappointing

A mixed experience with Dell, they forgot to add the extended macfee package I paid for, then got shirty when I pointed this out. Though they did eventually rectify their mistake and as a jesture of good extended it further.Cashback payment date was 7 weeks ago and given their forgetfulness, I was about to give a prod when they paid up.

Be wary the cashback seems great.Vat is paid on both delivery and your purchase, which Dell kindly subtract as well as the shipping charge from the total thus reducing the amount of cashback greatly. I also found the 1 month macfee upgrade to 13months purchased was not included when I login and after alot of faffying Dell finally admitted it had forgotten to upgrade my package.They didn't even apologise.

Quick tracking, and no problems with cash back from the three times that I have used this website. Definitely recommend to buy via topcashback. Please note that cash back is only on the amount pre vat rather than the total sum paid for the product.

Warning! rate isn't as good as it looks as it excludes vat. Should be in description on topcashback. Battery life appalling, only two hours, advertised as five. Last Dell I buy!

Be careful with purchases from Dell computers! excellent service and quality.... But.... They are slow with the promised cashback. Bought laptop 23rd april 2011. Still waiting for the £35 cashback.
