Dabs has been a good online retailer, however, the cash back received is far less than advertised. End up 1/8 of of the 2% advertised.

Dabs had the best price I could find on the net for this item. Cashback had to be chased but does now seems to be forthcoming - registered at least. After prompt despatch, tracking had upped my hopes for the cheapest yodel delivery but then it stalled reporting I "could not be reached" and seemed wilfully slow; a query to them was acknowledged automatically but never usefully; 2-3 day service took 5-6 days in the end!

Products arrived promptly but on arrival I realised one of the products was incorrect due to me misreading the description. When I contacted dabs they said I would have to pay to return the product even though I wanted an exchange for a product which was actually at a higher price. I returned the product and bought the correct product elsewhere for cheaper so I actually did better this way. Apart from that good product and prompt delievery. Still awaiting cashback.

Spent just under £600, and dabs only tracked under £19 of it. Submitted incorrect cashback claim and waiting on response.

Bargain10 £10 discount voucher not valid for purchase of a laptop (well over the £199) qualifying threshhold). Is this tck or dabs mistake or just plain misleading marketing?
