If you do not cancel within the 30 day trial period, you will be charged £14.99 A month. Ouch! cancelling the trial is easy and you do not have to wait 30 days before cancelling. Even if you cancel, you will still be able to use the service for the full 30 days. The easiest and quickest way of cancelling the trial is to phone them up on 0844 3350550 (020 7298 3000, and ask for customer services can also work), select option 2 and quote your account reference. I was pleased to see that I got the highest credit score of 999! the website also gives good advice on how to improve your credit rating. Go for it!

Was not happy to receive letter in post with my name printed in full, not just initials and surname eg. Mr runer grand smith, instead of mr r g smith. Especially when they promote identity theft prevention and protection.
