Tracked very quickly. Product was delivered promptly as promised. Very happy with the whole experience with the exception of the delivery. The only problem was with royal mail, who left my ipod touch behind a bush in my front garden on a day when it was raining. I was in all day and they didn't even ring my doorbell. I don't blame Comet for royal mail's poor service. Luckily my partner spotted it or I wouldn't have known. At least Comet packaged it well, so it was nice and dry and not damaged!

One of my purchases code was fine but on second occasion I used code an it excepted it on line but wen I went to collect the product from instore it wouldnt except the code and no explanation as to why? so bit disappointed that time.

Ordered printer online and picked up at store within the hour, no problems. Cashback had tracked by the time I returned from the store. Never had a problem with Comet, highly recommend.
