This is the ultimate aerobatics session! You will control an Extra 3 One of the worlds top two seater competition aerobatic aircraft used by display teams throughout the world. This 9 litre, 3bhp this piston engined aircraft handles just like a fighter jet and dishes out some serious G force along the way! To get you ready for the day ahead your extreme aerobatics experience will start with you being kitted out in flying suits and bone domes before being equipped with the essential knowledge cockpit controls and safety briefing at the aircraft. Your pre flight briefing will be ‘military style’ as you are instructed on safety and parachute drills plus how to fly the aircraft, aerobatics manoeuvres and shown a short video. This is followed by a sortie pre brief with your RAF instructor before strapping on your parachute and preparing to take to the skies.You will be in the aircraft for 45 minutes with an approximate flight time of 25 minutes for your sortie.
