I put a claim in for cash back in september after contacting topcashback in january I received a message stating my claim had been declined but after supplying my transaction details my claim was paid but if I had not kept my transaction emails I would of lost my cashback. I would not recommend this site to anyone.

Registered on the 15th september so have had to claim it is now a month and still waiting for this merchant to reply. Really high wagering requirements will not be depositing again

Purchased nearly 3 weeks ago still not tracked did not realise how much the purchase amount was for the cash back rate is quite high. Tried to withdraw some winnings but wagering requirements are sky high someone said the=at you can deposit then withdraw straight away but that is not the case there wagering requirements are 4x deposit and bonus so I deposited £10 got £30 needed to wager £160 on bingo before making a withdrawal

Poor bingo site, min withdrawal is £60 which is ridicolous, better off trying jackpot joy or sun bingo

If you are reading this review, I can categorically say: do not use this retailer! I could explain many but here are 5 reasons not to: 1. Withdrawal minimum of around £60. 2. Not tracked in over 3 months. 3. Rude, arrogant customer service when questioned about withdrawal rules. 4. Terrible, boring games compared to other similar sites 5. Other reports entirely backup my opinion. Like me, you may be thinking... I'll bet a tenna because i'll get that back via cashback. Let me assure you, you may get your cashback but you will not see a penny of your investment.

Do not register you will never be able to cash your money off. I write to the uk gambling commission about this site.

I would avoid this site at all costs and all it's sister sites. As people have pointed out, withdrawing is impossible to the point of almost being a con. I managed to win over £200 over the course of a month, but still unable to meet wagering requirements. Basically, as soon as you touch your 'bonus' money, whatever winnings you receive must be wagered x4 (x10 on slots) of the amount. So I won £86 on one game that goes into my 'cash' balance, but I then have to wager £344 (£86 x 4) to be able to withdraw. I ended up getting annoyed and spending it on slots.

Additional note: impossible to withdraw. I tried topping up with extra £20 to withdraw my £30 winnings after meeting difficult withdrawal criteria. But beware: bonus's offered for every single deposit so criteria almost impossible to meet unless you win £100's.

Rubbish - can't withdraws winnings unless you meet the 101 criteria

Impossible to make a withdrawal - always a reason why they cant pay you. You have to gamble at lease the amount you deposit in at least 4 ganes - i.E. You have to lose everything you deposit!!

Tracked in couple of days and won £50, be aware that you must have more than £50 in winnings to withdraw. Tip deposit after winning to amount above £50 rather than carry on spending trying to win more.

Tracked overnight. Good site but minimum withdrawl is £50 and you need to deposit a minimum of £25 before you are allowed to make a withdrawl. Nothing to stop you putting in the money and taking it straight out though. Also, you can convert the bonus to cash but it's only worth 10%.
