Tracked very quickly at zero (as stated), now 3months later has become payable at zero (not as stated). Asda need a good kicking TCB, as there seems to be a recurring theme here

This story is becoming way too boring Topcashback - please sort it out!! My grocery shopping cashback initally tracked super quick, but has become payable as £0????? If certain retailers are consistently reneging on their cashback promises, remove them from your list asap!

Asda dont seem to give the cashback! It tracked at £0, stayed at that until its now disappeared and that is after submitting a missing cashback claim and nudges, not good just like the delivery service in my opinion... :(

Only waited a short while but currently tracking at 0, delivery was late with no phone call or apology. only positive thing is that they gave me free delivery e-voucher for good will. Dont hold your breath for £5.
If your delivery is late go to "contact us" at bottom of page and change subject to "I've placed an order that hasn't been delivered yet", they will phone you and give you free delivery e-voucher on your account (takes 24 hours). Link Below
