Switching accounts was a doddle, no mix-ups at all. I knew the cashback would be slow to track and i'm pleasantly surprised to see it's there now. I am very impressed with alliance & leicester.

Very very slow to track through, account opened new years eve and took till start of july. My dealings with alliance and leicester have been positive just the delay in reviving the cashback that detracts from the experience. It is still 1 of the best paying interest accounts out there though.

Rubbish cashback experience! don't bother with this merchant if you want expecting cashback via top cashback. The transaction did not track automatically. Even after manual tracking, and 8 months later and regularly contacting top cashback I still have not seen my money.

Well what can I say.Opened account in november 2009,the £100 promised by the bank was in my account by january2010 (more than pleased and thankyou for money for nothing) but this cashback still waiting eight months down the line.Let you know when I eventually get it!!!!!!!!! it is not top cash's fault,they are doing all they can.
