NOTE: For Collect at Store orders you will need to take your online Collect at Store (or Reservation) number to the in-store Collect at Store counter, where you must then collect and pay for your item. Please ensure that you retain both your Collect at Store/Reservation number and Receipt number following your transaction and that they are not discarded. The till receipt number from this transaction along with the Online Collect at Store number and date & time of collection will then need to be verified. This can be done by logging into your TopCashBack account where you will be prompted to enter this once your transaction is reported to us (can be several hours afterwards). Collect @ Store commission can only be awarded when customers present their collect @ store order reference at the till and collection is made at the same store that is selected during the reservation. Your receipt number must be entered as soon as possible and within 14 days to avoid your transaction being declined. If there are any problems delaying this process, you will be able to submit a missing cashback claim.
