Can understand they charge postage to send tickets to you but not why they charge you to collect tickets from the station. Was complicated booking tickets to travel somewhere together but back on separate days and every time we looked it gave us a different price! Also had trouble paying - it wouldn't accept my debit card or my husband's but credit card was fine (which they charge you extra for paying by.. dodgy...) If using trainline anyway cashback is good and has become payable after a few months, but not good how they charge all these extra fees - never used to be like that.
