| Cashback Experiences | DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. On first glance the cashback looks pretty good, but I booked a £300 Eurostar ticket and Rail Europe charged me 4 times the original amount for the ticket, so £1200 was taken from my account!! This took me over my overdraft limit and as a result many of my direct debits bounced and I was charged as a result, which took me a lot of stress to have reversed.
Plus, they refused to admit that it was their fault - their customer service was shocking - and I haven't yet had the money refunded, meaning that I still can't use my account for other purchases, including food, travel etc.
In short, this company is an absolute disgrace and I will be taking them to court if they continue to refuse to refund the money that was unlawfully taken from my account. I would not recommend them to anyone, with or without cashback. | |

| Cashback Experiences | Failed to track originaly but it did finaly 2 weeks after completing a claim,I have now to wait 2 mounths to get my 4% cashback.
Everything come to those who wait!Otherwise the service with RailEurope is really excellent.Go for it! | |
