Could I ask which offer you are referring to? I see you were awarded our Mecca sign-up bonus on 03/07/08 . We are in no way connected to the 'Topcashback' site you refer to and are not responsible for offers they advertise on their site. If they have advertised an offer linked to Mecca then it is entirely their responsibility to honour it. We cannot in any way be held responsible for an external site which we are not linked to.
