Filed a claim for the commission providing all the relevant details of the order, and had to wait 6 months to get the commission, after numerous requests and reminders every month. As far as I can tell the retailer did not pay the commission but Topcashback agreed to pay it. It was advertised at 2.5% of online spend, but turned out to be 1.7%.
