Why can't I request a payout by PayPal?

A few of our merchants will only allow their cashback to be paid by one pay out method. To check if this is the case, go to your Payouts tab and then 'see info'. If a merchant is blocking PayPal payout it will say so here. You can use the split pay out option here if you have cashback from more than one merchant.
