It’s simple really – all you need to do is to go to the Payout section of your account and fill in your details to order your Love2shop Gift Card.
Once you have requested your gift card we will need to send it out to you in the post. Please allow up to 2-3 days for this to be processed and then we will get this sent out to you. If it has not appeared within 14 working days of making the request, then please can you lodge a support ticket so that we get this looked in to further for you.
When you have received your card in the post, you’ll need to come back to your TopCashback Account and load your funds on to the card. To do this you will need to enter the card number and expiry date of your new Love2shop Gift Card and make your pay out request. Once we know you’ve received your card and we have your unique card number, we can then transfer your cashback on to your Love2shop Gift Card, and you’ll be ready to shop as soon as your balance is confirmed! It can take 3-5 working days for us to get this processed and be ready on your card.
Love2shop Gift Cards are reloadable, so once you have your TopCashback Love2shop Gift Card you can keep topping it up whenever you have cashback at Payable status. A reload usually takes 3-5 working days to be processed.
It’s important you check your card balance before you shoop, just to ensure your cashback has been credited correctly.
Please note that a maximum of £10,000 per year can be loaded onto a Love2shop card.
