What if I am required to complete my transaction over the telephone?

There can sometimes be occasions where a member cannot complete their transaction wholly and immediately on line for various reasons. Unfortunately in these situations, due to the nature of tracking procedures, your transaction will not be eligible for cashback.

We do appreciate that if this occurs it can be very disappointing, but we do not have other routes to pursue, in these circumstances.

TopCashback Compare Insurance, is an exception to this rule, however you must inform the advisor on the telephone that you gained your quote via Quotezone.

Sometimes there may be a small number of merchants that require that you telephone to complete your transaction, however this will be made very clear on their TopCashback page.
