My claim is 'On Ice', what does this mean?

If you have lodged a claim before 7 days have elapsed from the transaction date, we will automatically put the claim ‘On Ice’, as the transaction may still track onto your account.

Alternatively, some merchants impose a 'Validation Period' on transactions which means that we are not permitted to submit your missing cashback claim off to the merchant until this time has elapsed following the date in which you have specified as your transaction date. This is to help ensure that your transaction is maintained and cashback is only awarded to genuine members.

The 'On Ice' status helps us to ensure that your claim is not submitted too early, as this could result in your claim not being processed successfully and resultantly declined.

Your Claim will be automatically taken 'Off Ice' after the validation period and will then be submitted to the merchant as normal.
