Sign In to your TopCashBack Account or (Join now) and you start earning cashback.
Browse our list of over 3,800 top merchants
Use our search bar at the top of the site or browse through our orange categories to find the merchant you want to shop with.
Select the merchant you want to shop with
Once you’ve found your chosen merchant, click through using the orange “
Get Cashback Now” button. If a merchant has a lot of offers on their page there may be more than one orange button
- simply select the offer you want and click through using that particular button instead.
Don't forget to check if we have any discount codes listed so you can get even more money back on your purchases. Just look at the top right hand side of the merchant page.
Once you have clicked through to your chosen merchant, shop online as usual and make sure you complete your purchase in that same sitting.
Check your Earnings in your TopCashBack Account
After a maximum of 7 days you should see your cashback in your account. You'll also get an email notification from us to let you know once it's tracked successfully. A summary of your cashback will be listed on your
Overview page, but you can also see all of your cashback under the
Earnings tab.
What do I do if I can't see the cashback in my account after 7 days?
If your cashback has failed to track, don’t worry. You can submit a Missing Commission Claim and we’ll submit it to the merchant so we can chase your cashback manually for you.
Keep an eye on your Cashback
Once your cashback has tracked, you can keep an eye on its progress in the
Earnings section within your account.
What does Pending, Confirmed and Payable mean?
When your cashback first tracks to your account it will appear as Pending to show that you have made a purchase. The merchant will then move your cashback to Confirmed once they have checked your purchase is all ok and still valid. Once the merchant has then paid your cashback to us, we will add it to your account and your cashback will become Payable.
Once your cashback has reached Payable you can withdraw it via BACS, PayPal or Amazon.co.uk Gift Certificate by going to the
Payments tab in your Account.
The first time you request a payment you will have to enter your payment details in to the
Settings tab so we can make sure we send your cashback to the correct Bank Account, PayPal Account or Email Address.
