It can take up to seven days for your cashback to show in your account as ‘in progress’. We then need to wait until the retailer confirms your purchase and pays us. On average, this can take between one and three months. Once we’ve received your cashback, it'll show as ‘available’ in your account.

You can withdraw your cashback once it’s showing as ‘available’ in your account. Choose your preferred payout method: bank transfer, PayPal, or gift cards with extra cashback bonuses. You’ll usually receive your earnings within a couple of working days.

Tip: Add your payout details early, even before you’re ready to withdraw. For security reasons, we automatically disable payments for 72 hours when new payment details are added.

In the rare occasion where your purchase wasn’t automatically recorded in your account, you can get in touch with our customer service team.
