sadly very unreliable. payment card is always authorised by payment provider but then the mechant claims it is fraudulent activity despite everything being done correctly. multiple contacts have failed to generate any useful response so not worth using

Sadly, went to buy a gift card from Harvester and after it looked like it took my money something went wrong so I dont know if I bought a card as I have had no email or text confimration. I have emailed them and see if I hear from them but very stressful not knowing if my money has been taken and obviously, no cashback either, so wont use that again.

Ordered when there was the promotion in December, tracked and confirmed at £0 straight away and had to raise a claim. Sister-in-laws tracked fine, but still no payout for those that took the offer in December.

You cant load up your amazon account. There are hidden charges if you want a card posted or if there is credit left on it at the end of the cards life.

Waste of time, tried seven different cards both mine and partners visa, mastercard and bank debit cards and every time after filling all details in says payment unsuccessful. What is the point of running a promotion when it is impossible to make a purchase ?

Purchased a Just Eat giftcard and has tracked at £0. Same thing happened to brother-in-law with same giftcard. Have to now submit a support ticket and probably a claim. Be careful if purchasing Just Eat as probably wont track correctly.

Very poor. Like other people my payment was unsuccessful and after repeated attempts i have given up. Also, it's not exactly easy to contact customer services at Topcashback, i don't want to have to write a lengthy explanation and then wait days or weeks for a response, i'd like to call and find out why this is the only place my card is getting refused!
